The hotel is a little old and their rooms are not so nice, but the location is wonderful, near good place to eat. The neighbourhood is very safe and can you walk at night in the streets. But just don´t book trips or city tour with Italbus. They are confuse, don´t respect time and the buses are old. more

Great location on the beach, in very safe area - so much better than grubby, dull Copa....very good, generous breakfasts(shame about the eggs); really helpful front desk service. This hotel was a pleasant surprise, rooms were very bright and clean, fairly spacious with a great view overlooking Leblon and Ipanema beaches.
