This Hotel is too expensive for the service and the rooms conditions. Rooms are old and bathrooms are even worst (dirty and rusty) and no safe available (broken). I had to take a picture of the bath tub to show the reception staff the reason that I could not possibly stay in the room. It was awful and the room was very shabby. They changed my room, which was then acceptable, but not good. The breakfast, staff and location are good.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff - great breakfast ! Recommend that you get a room as high up as possible to get a view. Location is brilliant for proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping, and staff vey attentive at organising taxis etc;

This hotel is in a great spot, right between Copacabana and Ipanema. The rooms are spacious and clean. Get a room as high up as possible. We were on the 9th floor and had a balcony with a bit of an ocean view. The staff is moderately helpful but the breakfast is good.

Great location between Ipanema and Copacabana. Easy to walk to either beach area. Staff was very helpful. room was nice enough. Clean... quiet... all the basics Internet often only worked in Reception but it did work well there. I'd stay here again.

I would rate this hotel as average. We moved here from an nearby hotel which was better value for money but sadly couldn't accomodate a longer stay.
