The hotel is right on the beach in ipanema and is quite beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. You can hear the sound of the oean from the room. Awesome. The breakfast is to die for. The location is great - though if you want to travel to the centre, Lapa and Santa Teresa (all of which is highly recommended ) it is a bit of a trek.
