We stayed at 180 hotel for 2 nights and that's enough. The views are wonderful, especially from the terrace where delicious breakfast is served. The rooms though are tired and need renovation. keep this location a secret, it is one for the "in crowd" only. Brazil's only true Boutique hotel in the strictest sense. European management, English speaking and extremely helpful staff, great food, better views, close to everything. wonderful simply wonderful.

Dont listen to bad reviews, they are out of date anyway, the staff are friendly, the new owner, Jean, speaks perfect english and can't do enough to help. Well, the view is great and the rooms are also excellent. Pool is cool. However, you are well outside the city and also outside Santa Teresa, so you definitely need a taxi (which from the beach or center can take some time depending on the traffic). Breakfast is rather poor. English is spoken (depending on who is at the reception).
