This mountain resort is the best of the area in my books. I have been to a few others (Petropolis, Itaipava), but none compare to this one. Honeymoon atmosphere in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro. About an 1:20 minutes from Rio. A perfect hideaway from the stress of the week. A 20 min- drive from all major attractions of Petropolis and its districts. Excellent restaurant !
