Toa toa (chill out in Portuguese) is a great value Pousada right on the beautiful and lively Jabaquara beach in Paraty. “Genuinely wonderful generous pousada!”

We stayed 3 nights with James (English) and Patricia (Brasilian) at To a Toa and totally enjoyed everything about our stay. Our double room was large, clean, good shower, tv, and fridge. Great breakfast and complimentary drinking water. To top it off James put on a fabulous Brasilian bbq and Patricia made the best pineapple caipirinias ever! So much space... More

Hostel is in a beautiful house, new and very comfortable. Lots of space to relax, small pool, kitchen, hammocks etc. Stayed in deluxe double room, good value, nice bed, fridge,tv,new everything, hot showers, clean. Breakfast is the best we have had in 4months of travel! Owners both speak perfect English and are always around to help out super friendly and... More
