When I heard I had been booked in the Sumatra hotel, I have read the 5 ratings on TripAdvisor, which were very negative. And I was worried. But these ratings were VERY unfair and shocking. (Or the hotel improved a lot). It is not a 5-star hotel indeed but the price is also relatively very low; you cannot expect more....
