Great location, beautiful building, amazing food, thoughtful and friendly service. You do not need to get out of the hotel for anything, except with various experiences that are available. Walking on the trail in the morning and experiencing sunset at the "mirante".... great and simple things that will be long lasting memories...

Just arrival at Das Caratas is an experience. Have stayed there 6 times. Thorough restoration. I call it is 7 star hotel with very high service and great food and the world's largest waterfall on one's feet.

We stayed at Hotel das Cataratas for two days. The overall experience was wonderful - the location of the hotel, the the breath-taking view of the falls, and the boat ride trip to getting close to the falls and so on. We would definitely recommend it.

Elegant old colonial atmosphere with modern amenities , excellent restaurant, amazing spa , great service. All in walking distance from one of the worlds great natural wonders. Outdoor pool area amidst a lovely tropical setting. Outstanding massage therapist. All of this combined to make our stay truly memorable.
