Stayed here in order to take the famous train to the coast. The staff was friendly, the location is a 5 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk from the center of town. Efficient and easy.
When the train was cancelled due to mudslides, the staff were very helpful.
While the direct neighborhood is not the nicest...
