I stayed there 3 nights. The hotel is a "flat" type, it comes with stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Separate living room, and bedroom. Breakfast selection was good, standard buffet style. They charge R$16 for breakfast if purchased separately, or it comes out to R$13 if you get it a room rate which includes breakfast. Parking is also R$ 13.
You can check photos of the hotel at their website. The only negative could be the TV size. The living room TV might have been a 20" and the bedroom TV a little smaller. It didn't bother me as I didn't have time to watch it so much.
If you take a shuttle from the airport to downtown, you will have to take a cab from one of the stops (I think the library stop is the closest).
The room rate was different for all 3 nights I stayed.
