My husband and I stayed in this Inn for our 40th wedding anniversary. The room was "like" brand new even though the building appeared to very old. Very nice inn right across from the lakeshore. The rooms look brand new and the one we stayed in had a very nice kitchenette. Even bought fresh whitefish at the bait shop on our way out. It is a short walk to Main Street and a short drive around the bay to Bayfield and Duluth.

Very friendly and informative people at the front desk. Quiet and clean rooms. Uniquely decorated for that county charm feeling. Across from the lake which has a nice trail to walk along. Front lobby sells all you need for a great fishing trip.

An absolutely charming motel. The "modern rustic" decor was such a pleasant change, compared to the chain hotels. Our room was exceptionally clean and had a very warm and cozy feeling. The entire staff at the River Rock Inn went above and beyond their jobs to make us feel welcome.We will definitely stay at the River Rock Inn again.
