The hotel at this address is now called VIP Palace Belem. Downtown location but an area in which to use great caution at night. Wifi doesn't appear to work anywhere. Overpriced. Reception not that helpful or even enthusiastic (although the night porter seemed kindly). Rooms are bare and functional but quite clean. The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished... More
