“bad service, bad accomodations”

awful service, we got there at 11pm, our reservation was nowhere to be found, then we were sent ALONE to the 2nd building of the hostel. there we found out they gave us the wrong key/room, so we had to go back to reception. the room was extremely small and not ventilated at all. the sheets were uncomfortable, the kitchen... Generally a good hostel but there's room for improvement ;-) good: location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness (they clean often) not so good: some rooms are very cramped, with no lockers in the room and bunk beds for 3 people! (never seen before); no lockers for all!!! that's really not so good for security; the door of some toilet doesn't lock!! can... More

If you are considering staying at this hostel, stop now. There are few things you could do, during an entire lifetime, that could prove as disgusting as booking a room in Sorriso do Lagarto.
