“Great location, good rooms and hotel services”

Location is great, close to downtown, shopping centers, soccer stadiums, etc. Room is decent, not awesome but enjoyable. Restaurant in the hotel is very good, reasonable prices. Gym is decent too. We stayed her for an exhibition we did in the hotel. Staff at front desk were friendly but slow. My room was on 15th floor, and it was so dingy and dirty. “Clean, Well Positioned, Good Value”

No complaints about this hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The breakfast and internet could be a little better, but no real issues here. If you need a place in BH, sleep here.

“5 Night business trip stay, very nice”

Stayed 5 nights and have no complaints at all, in fact would recommend this hotel for business and holiday stay. Good points: Pleasant and efficient reception staff, bar / restaurant staff, most with well spoken English. Mercure is terrible on every aspect. I'm having problems, sistematically, week over week, with room facilities that doesn't work (shower, air exausting, telephone) and also the elevators (always full, today after wait 20 minutes I took the stairs and walked down 12 floors. “Nice and practical”

Rooms are comfortable, besides the noisy air conditioning, and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast is very diversified. WiFi this time worked well, unlike the last time, when it was horrible. Location is very practical, close to most offices and walking distance from some good restaurants.
