Normally, I stay at their twin hotel next door, the Melia, but for one strange booking reason or another, I ended up in the Tryp and they could not transfer the booking to Melia. Rooms are nice (OK, but nothing more) , same as in Melia and staff is as helpful and preofessional. Internet was not working during my whole... More

I was truly surprised to find such a great room in Brasilia. My friends and I stayed in 2 rooms on the 8th floor. Friendly staff, late check-in, made to order omelettes at breakfast, comfy beds, clean, spacious. TV in living room area and bedroom...great location for tourists. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. All rooms are like a Junion suite, spacious, clean, and wth all you need. Breakfast can be improved for sure, it looks good, but it lack food options and fruits. Also the free internet is a good plus. More

Stayed here two days because the Melia 21 was overbooked. Very good location, friendly front desk staff, quickly check in and check out. Comfortable and clean new rooms, good Internet connection and 2 TV's (room + living). Satisfactory breakfast and some little internal noise (maybe because my room was under the Gym floor) are improvement points. More

Hotel was very modern and spacious. We had a corner room with a livingroom, hall, bedroom, bathroom. The hotel was a block from the Eixo Monumental across from the TV tower. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a little noisy since we were facing a large gas station across the street where people hang out late at... More

The Tryp 21 and Melia 21 hotels are the two most consistently quiet and decent for work hotels I have found in Brasilia, but the pricing varies dramatically. They are certainly not US$300 hotels (if any hotel is worth that...). However, Brasilia is something of a captive hotel market due to shortage of rooms, so best advice is to plan... More

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are all suites and they are nicely furnished and the AC works very well. However, when it comes to the bathroom there is hardly any water pressure! This is annoying when you are trying to get ready for a meeting. The water trickles and it is not even really hot like it would... More

Hotels in Brasilia are old, ugly and expensive. Maybe my experience in the Tryp Brasil 21 is influenced by the fact that I´ve been given an upgrade to a Junior Suite, but I found this the best hotel I´ve been in this city. Room is big and clean, furniture is modern for Brasilia hotels standards. Breakfast is complete and varied.... More

Modern hotel with huge rooms, separate living/bedroom, two flat screen tvs, wi-fi and a great view. Nice and comfy bed, reasonable value, friendly staff... All in all great! More

The staff have been really helpful. We had several problems with either noise coming from a nearby shop or internet not working or the payment not arrived or the bathroom's tap with a very small hot water's flow. But each time the staff has proven willing to help and to find a solution. We thank them very much because thanks... More
