Nice view (vitoria´s bay), old and dirty accomodations, overpriced restaurant, no taxis around. More

This is a beautiful location with very nice clean rooms. Each room has a balcony overlooking the water and mountains. My stay was 5 nights and the service was excellent. I called the front desk because internet wasn't working well, and someone was at my door within 5 minutes with an ethernet cord. Room service was delivered within 10-15 minutes.... More

The hotel is on an island in the twon of Vitoria. The construsction is oldish and the rooms are very simple and tired. But dont think in Vitoria there are so many alternatives..... More

We were rather bedraggled walk-ins between Christmas and New Year but were happily welcomed and had a thoroughly relaxing time here. The views over the bays are great (O.K the cement works way out on the horizon isn't terribly picturesque, but that's Vitoria's problem - not this hotels). This is by far the best hotel in Vitoria. The rooms are a decent size and the views are breathtaking. The hotel is on an island off of Vitoria and access to the island is via a bridge and security guard...... very safe. I would definitely recommend this property but beware it is not listed on any site you need... More
