I Stayed at the Mercure for three weeks whilst on business in Vitoria. A great little hotel right smack bang in the trendy part of town - Praia Do Canto. A nice, clean, apart hotel. Perhaps a bit pricey for the lowly traveler but deals can be done. Rooms good. Mine had an office, two bathrooms, double bedroom and a day room. Kitchenette with basic cooking equip. Very clean.
Small restaraunt, no bar but the hotel is situated in the middle of what appears to be the local enetrtainmentt area....
