A smaller, nicely done hotel. Very modern, clean, quality beds and towels. Breakfast was free and a nice selection for cold cereal to oatmeal to pancakes to bacon and sausages. We were received at the hotel with politeness and efficiency. The room was clean, updated and charming. We could not have enjoyed our overnight stay more. The hotel is so conveniently located to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants that walking to any of these things is easy. It's the only place to stay!

Breakfast was nice. Heating unit was noisy. No view at all. Blinds were NOT blackout. I could not block out the street lights because the actual curtains were decorative. What is with that? I would not stay here again due to that one problem. Service was good.

Difficult to find fault with anything at the Cooper Leaf. Extremely well maintained, decor is up-to-date, great downtown location,convenient public parking, and clean! My wife loved the spa. Spend a few more dollars, because it's worth it!

A beautiful hotel in downtown Appleton. Convenient location , within walking distance of PAC, fun bars and restaurants. The hotel amenities are great. Very warm and relaxing suites. Great for personal or business stays.
