The accomodations are good, with nice view of the city. In the opposite, overall room service is terrible - if you ask to bring anything to your room, just forget or wait a surprise. At 6 am, you might be awaked by the noise of the fish market just below the hotel, but it is better than having noise of cars all night. it is the only hotel located on the water without a road in front.
