A friendly and dedicated family run pousada, with immaculate rooms and grounds, and overwhelming breakfast selection (and afternoon tea - we haven't seen this before in 3 months traveling the continent. Brilliant). We arrived in Trancoso in a large group and a number of our party headed to more expensive pousadas. All were disappointed when we recounted our experiences here.

We stayed there back to March 2010 and this pousada is beautiful. Thanks to Joana who is doing the most amazing work!!! Breakfast is delicious, there are always plenty of cakes to eat during the day and the garden is also beautiful. I hope I will be back one day.
