Due to ill handled luggage at CDG Paris I arrived with only my computer. Sheraton did not only provide necessary toilette equipment. They took a copy of lost luggage documentation and did not give up until my bag arrived at Oran, where they picked it up and brought to the hotel and delivered up to my room. All be it for a price. The hotel is generally nice but as it's fairly new I would expect that. As with all big name hotels it's very expensive. I did however find all the staff very pleasant and accommodating. I Only speak English and all the front of house staff also had at least a fair command of English.... more
