If you are looking for some peace and relaxation on the peninsula, this is definitely the place to come! Beautiful, private setting right on Lake Quinault, at the edge of the rain forest. We stayed during the off season and avoided having neighbors. "Resort" is maybe a stretch, as there are no amenities on site; however, the Lodge is a... More

My bride and I were recently married on the shores of Lake Quinault at the Lake Quinault Resort. What a fantastic venue! Breathtaking scenery, top-knotch service, attention to detail... it was all there and we loved every minute of it. We stayed in Unit number 8 while family, friends and wedding staff filled up the rest of the rooms. Unit... More

Lake Quinault Resort was a beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and had spectacular view of Lake Quinalt. The grounds of the resort were pristine and very charming. The resort had "quiet zones" which helped to create a retreat atmosphere. The staff was also very nice and helpful. This resort is also very close to the Quinalt rain forest,... More

We stayed two nights here The owner and staff were very nice and the setting, views, grounds, and exterior to the buildings are beautiful. Adirondack chairs on the deck, picnic tables, and a BBQ are nice touches. However, the rooms are in need of updating in terms of fixtures and style. For the price, I did not expect to find... More

I am originally from WA state so me and the kids planned a trip back here up north to show them the area, as we currently live now in California. We read the reviews on here, most of them good, some of them bad, so we decided to check it out because the lake quinault region was on our to... More

Dirty, dirty, dirty...bug infested room. We reserved a townhome with a kitchen. Not what we got though.....No kitchen. Old, dirty room with filthy carpet and broken furniture. We could not wait to leave. We did enjoy our hikes each day but coming back to that room was horrible. The owners home is gorgeous; it is obvious where they have put... More

I don’t think I’ve ever even made a mental list of the faults of a vacation rental, let alone written one down, but the disparity between what we got and what we ought to have gotten from Lake Quinault Resort for $169 per night is pretty outrageous. I’ll start with the misrepresentation. We reserved quarters the resort called a one... More

I would recommend anyone staying here ask for rooms 1-4. after that you get tiny bathrooms, leaky faucets, and questionable gas stoves. Better to pay more for a larger place than you might need and get newer facilities. The grounds and view are fantastic. Maybe they could have used some of the money they spent on that to remodel. Spent 2 nights here. Very friendly staff. Almost felt like a bed and breakfast. Very quaint and lovely property that you could easily have a wedding at or a family photo shoot. There are two levels down to the lake. The first level down has a nice covered barbecue area and yard. And the lake level has a nice beach... More

My wife and I stayed for one night on our journey from San Francisco to Seattle. The accommodation was fine for our purposes, clean and well appointed with a fabulous view of the lake from the terrace just outside our door (Unit 3). We were not equipped to self cater so the lack of a restaurant faclility ( we were... More
