The carpet is ripping up, it had some power issues, saw some insect life in the room, all things considered it's clean for what it is. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. I will probably stick with a name where I know what I am getting next time.

Found this place by chance and ended up being a good stay and stayed for 3 nights without any problems. Room was large, clean and well-appointed and very close to the attractions of Washington DC as well as a short drive to Georgetown. Great value too & we loved the doughnuts in the morning!
