The staff seems to make it a habit of going above and beyond the call of duty. We had experienced all sorts of travel issues before we got there. They knew this and did many things to change the mood of our trip for the better. They were successful! Great location, great room, great staff!

We selected this hotel based on the ratings from other tripadvisor members. We were not disappointed. The location was great, within easy walking distance of the metro and several upscale shops. The room itself was quite nice. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was courteous and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.
