The staff are friendly, the laundry facilities were handy. Room was spacious and the kitchen helped alot. The locaton of the hotel is about 2 miles from the blue metro station which takes you to several site seeings.Also near the air port and near the old historic Alexandria town. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most pleasant staff who supplied us with menu, maps and visitor guides Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Coming in and out if the hotel during our visit we were always greeted by the staf and asked if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and again. more

Our first room only had one bed and we had reserved a room with two. THere were four adults so we HAD to have two beds. They moved us to a room with two beds. It was disgusting! The beds were not made and there was macaroni all over the walls. So they tell us they have no more rooms... more
