We absolutely loved staying at White Birches and we have stayed at many. Paulette & Michael helped us with Barter Theater tickets and the VA creeper trail. The Noel Coward Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The grounds were fabulous. We will definaately come back. thank you

We thought the innkeepers hovered over us whenever we were in the public areas. We thought the food was stingy. China and silver do not make up for poor food. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the White Birches Inn. The inn is beautiful, very comfortable and because it is within the historic district it is in walking distance to downtown and The Barter Theater. Our hosts, Michael and Paulette, were so friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. A wonderful escape!
