Stayed in a king jacuzzi suite and was extremely impressed! Non-smoking and not one whiff of smoke in hall, lobby or room, yay! My only complaint is that the mattress could have been better. Even a thicker mattress pad would have helped. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast included really quite good pancakes. More

Gross smells from the smoking rooms permeate the entire place. The room was not all that bad and the breakfast is decent. But the stench made us leave as early as we could. NOT up to HI Express standards. More

I just wanted to give a shout out to Elizabeth who helped me fix my cell phone at about 930 at night when it froze and wouldn't reboot/restart. She fiddled and fiddled with it and helped to keep me in touch on some important business matters. Hotel was very clean, people very nice, free breakfast great. Nice job folks! Buddy More
