We booked this hotel room through priceline.com and after 5 days I am still trying to get a credit on my account for this disgusting hell hole of a place. We checked in late, around 10pm and opened our room door and was hit with a strong urine smell, so we thought maybe the room had been closed up for... More

Traveled to Austin for a conference and stayed here for a week. Very economical and clean. This hotel is a little far from downtown so had to take bus to roam around. Please note that public transport (bus) may not be on time. Their breakfast was awful. Not many options available around - except for a mall. There were noisy... More

We stayed at the Travelodge Austin for 4 days because it was the only hotel I could find in Austin with rooms available. After reading the reviews for the hotel, I was very apprehensive about staying there. The hotel is a budget hotel, but it is definitely worth the money. We stayed in room 277 and it was very clean.... More

The bed sheets were stained and nasty. It's a good location and inside corridor but the cleanliness was disgusting.

I stayed here with my girlfriend, we are a young couple spending time in the USA for the second time, we are on a budget so we have stayed in a lot of cheap hostels and hotels but nothing compares to this place. It was close to the greyhound and around $50 a night, but we will NEVER STAY HERE... More

We are a couple travelling around the USA for the second time, we are on a budget so we are used to staying in cheap accommodation, therefore we booked this. It was close to the greyhound and around $50 a night, NEVER AGAIN! When we arrived we asked the receptionist a couple of questions about local transport and places to... More

I know you get what you pay for but there was little choice in Austin the week I visited and someone in my office booked me into this HELL HOLE! Dirty, Smelly, Falling apart, No facilities and staff who wish they were elsewhere. Me too! And that was all before the massive cockroach that crawled across the wall and ceiling... More

We didn't expect a fancy hotel with five-star amenities and servants waiting on you hand and foot, but if you like hotels with good customer service, keep out of this one. It's cheap, old, and unclean. Worst of all, the manager (the male one, I forgot his name) was rude and condescending. I informed him that one of the key... More

You pretty much get what you paid for. Terrible service. No room service until the day you are KICKED OUT. I mean literally kicked out. If you are not out by 12:05 pm your check out day they will blow up the hotel phone which by the way you can barely even hear, pound on the hotel door and try... More
