We stayed here while attending a concert at The Backyard. The location is perfect for that venue. Room/common area/grounds were all very well kept and clean. Vicky was awesome. Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was really great. The swimming pool is also very nice. The hotel is about 25 min from downtown. The area is very beautiful. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable! I will likely return again when I'm in the Austin area.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at the Mountain Star and it was 4 nights too long. The property is dated and not very clean. It is overpriced and certainly not updated.
