I was beyond impressed with not one...but EVERY employee. I checked in at 2am and they were chipper, sincere, sweet and accomodating..even asked if we were allergic to feathers! The service at the Westin is exceptional. My friends and I made a quick weekend trip. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were comfortable. This is my favorite hotel in Austin.

Stayed here with a wedding party and we had 10 or so rooms booked. The hotel is modern, spotless, and the beds really are heavenly. The staff went out of there way for us. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Have stayed here a few times and like the property very much. Kind staff, good food in the restaurant, right next to the Domain.
