The place was really nice and a good price. Just some spots were the construction was a little sloppy.

I will admit that it does look like the person(s) responsible for decorating this hotel has designer ADHD, but it didn't really effect my stay.
I thought the bed was comfy and the shower was great. I actually got a decent night of sleep in this hotel, which is pretty rare for me. I did hear noise from other rooms...

Very mixed reviews now make more sense to me. We spent (wife & me) this last Fri. & Sat. night at The Casulo Hotel. As much as I want to give this place a 5 I'm going to have to go with a 4. The staff was very cool and I did enjoy a drink each night at the lobby...

This hotel is newer, nicely appointed, good service, and great daily rates in comparison to other spots. Only issue is location if you do not have a car, but that keeps the price down. Its several miles walk to S. Congress as the closest tourist spot. If you have a car, it's a 5 to 10 min drive to SoCo...

I wasn't a huge fan of this place!! I stayed for 3 night with my father, therefore a bathroom with a full window in the bathroom was not very cozy! You can pull down the shade, but still! The room was very dusty!!! Next time I go to Austin I will spend the extra money and stay downtown!!
I absoutely love this hotel; the location is incredible and the down comforters on the bed make you feel like you are at home. The beds are like sleeping on a big marshmellow and the bathtubs are huge! The only downside I can say is the hot tub has been broken for about 6 months. I don't understand why this...

I never write a bad review but our stay was ok and comfy but the breakfast was lacking in a HUGE way. I travel all over the world and stay at many different types of hotels and breakfast is always included from something small to a grand breakfast. I have to say when I wake up it is nice to...

Pretty nice hotel, booked a "petite" suite but there's nothing extra with it except the space... Breakfast is cereals, bread but the sausages, eggs, and other "hot" food are with fee... Location is okay, very close to the center.. Staff are very pleasant.
Really nice location and rooms. In South Austin with easy access to downtown, the drag, etc.
Although the staff here were kind, I have to say that anyone that frequently travels or expects a boutique hotel to be quirky and fun will be disappointed if they they stay here. I went alone and arrived around 9pm to a completely empty lobby/bar area - thinking I might be the only person staying at this place. It's right...
