“Gold means nothing”

Being a gold Marriott member I am used to nice amenities like free breakfast. It didn't seem to be important to them at all that I was a gold member. Asked three times and finally one nice desk clerk have is a free breakfast. Tiny bathtub area.

Hotel feels tried. Bathrooms are small and in need of updating. There is a charge for breakfast. Staff is friendly but rooms feel worn. TV is small and furnishings are old style. Linens are poor quality. Hotel is well priced but still feels like a poor value.
