This is one of the worst places you can stay. Bed bugs, broken coffee pot in room. Breakfast put away downstairs by 8:30 though they advertized 9:00. Staff unresponsive. Tub filthy with oily slime. Thinnnnn walls.I called and spoke with the lady manager who said "go ahead and complain, thats alright". Definately would not stay at any other Days Inn. more

Selected this hotel around 10:30 on a weeknight, desperate to have a place to stay. This was the first one we saw after eating dinner near the Capitol. Do NOT stay at the Days Inn South in Austin. I rented a block of 3 rooms for the weekend. Two of the rooms had no cable. In fact, you were not even able to view local channels on one television because it was broken. After letting the office know, they told us the problem was going to be fixed.... more
