Although this hotel is a bit farther from downtown Austin than we thought, it was a very nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, and room was big. Sofa pulled out but we did not need to use it. Breakfast was a basic one for Choice hotels but plenty of choices. Eating area was spacious.

Nothing really crazy or outstanding to report here. In short, would stay again, very typical of any Comfort Suites. Close to local freeways, routes. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Outside of the city of Austin but close enough to make an evening trip into downtown.

We'd requested a room on the first floor which we got. The room was conveniently located to the front entrance near the lobby. The facility seemed brand new to us and I was surprised to learn that it had been open for a year. Personnel at the hotel were friendly and courteous.
