front desk staff was very courteous. Room was large enough but the entrance to the room was very narrow, closet and vanity was very small, wink was cloged.

I would say better than average for the money, Prices go up and down with the season but I found the rooms clean and smelled fresh, As with many hotels situated near a freeway, you have to ask for a room away from the freeway noise. We found this hotel to be pretty bare bones though the price was good. Some kind of generator came on every few minutes with a kind of boom that was very disturbing. Breakfast was quite good. Staff helpful. Location near I-35 made this convenient to get to sites throughout Austin.
