What a delightful setting for a family reunion!!! There were seven of us and each found the room/cottage to be a perfect place to relax. The pool, the breakfasts, relaxing under the oak tree, etc. couldn't have been better! Many thanks!

Never have we been treated so poorly (flat out rudely) by an owner of a bed and breakfast and to this day I regret ever having reserved the barn that was converted into a one room bedroom out back. Website looks great, but the actual experience is a true let down. Spend your money elsewhere.

Entire stay was great. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Mid day splash in the pool was refreshing and our quest cottage was clean, well stocked with all amenities. For any traveler heading to Austin, I suggest staying here.
