Absolutely disgusting. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Sacks of trash left from housekeeping all day and overnight. Front desk was rude, smirked when told about the roach problem and lied to us repeatedly. This luxurious hotel has an absolutely beautiful restaurant located in a garden atrium. I thought I was staying in a 5 star hotel!! The staff provided excellent service. When I called down for an extra pillow, they brought it up to me in an instant. I will definitely return. more
