This Marriott is probably worth about $130 a night tops but because it's within walking distance to Cowboys & Arlington Stadium, you're paying an extra $70 per night.
Not sure I'd stay here again. It was okay but not for the price.

Thank you for your response! As mentioned, we are within walking distance to the Dallas Cowboys Stadium which will save you a parking fee that can run upwards of $70 depending on location and event. On a quick overnight we decide to book here to be close to everything in Arlington. This Courtyard is walking distance to the baseball and football stadiums, and several restaurants. Not far from UTA and about 15 minutes to the airport.

If this motel/hotel was a book you would never finish it. Reason...boring. For $135 a night you would expect some pizzazz. Forget it with this joint.
Pro - Fantastic location for Rangers/Cowboys stadiums. Can see both if you have a south side room with walking time to both of about 15 minutes. Seems like a safe neiborhood to stroll in....

Thank you for your review! We have mini-fridges and microwaves available based on request, and we try our best to accomodate these. We do not keep phone books in our rooms anymore, but directions, phone numbers, etc. for local establishments can be found on our touch-screen Go-Board located in the lobby. Thank you for your stay!
