I stayed here while traveling across the country with my two cats. It was a basic hotel and the best thing about it was an adequate place to stay for one night and they accepted pets. I would stay here again if I was traveling with pets.

Stayed there two (2) nights in December 2012. Had issues with the room that were never resolved. Received a response from the front desk: Well, I don't know what we can do about it" Reported it to the front desk when discovered and again the next morning. The rug just a little too groaty. The doors don't close well. The plumbing is too noisy. The towels a bit too grey. Not worth the savings. For a few bucks more there are better places to stay. And do I have to have Fox News screaming at me for breakfast?

met some friends in Amarillo and not familuar with area. This motel was on I-40 and easy to find. The grass and lawn overgrown and fair amount of parking space. would suggest park in front of office or outside room if possible. Area is not the greatest but plenty of food places near so all price range budgets will work.... More
