It took some convincing for me to try another Red Roof Inn, as I had a less than desirable experience the night before in Albuquerque...however the price was cheap, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I slept well, and would stay again if I was driving through and needed a cheap room. More

Generally I like Red Roof Inns. They typically provide a great room and guest experience for a reasonable price. I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Lubbock, had a great experience and I think I wrote a review about that one. My father, wife and I pulled into Amarillo about 1AM, were exhausted and needed to sleep. The... More

With easy on-off access to I-40, our king non/smoking room was clean and had a comfortable bed, and all items within the room were in good working order. Breakfast was a surprise since most Red Roofs don't include one. Got our rate through a sale on redroof.com, and the rate was excellent. Front desk staff helpful, competent and pleasant. I... More

Clean Rooms, Great Staff and a good breakfast. Convenient location right off the I-40. Highly recommended to those coming through Amarillo. You'd expect to pay more at other comparable places to stay. This is the second time that we have stayed here and even got the same room we were in the last stay. Almost feels like we never left... We stopped here while doing our cross country voyage. The room rates were found online, and were pretty cheap for a king bed, non-smoking room. We had a nice stay. The bed was softer than normal at most value hotels. The parking was more than adequate, and right outside the rooms on the first floor. The continental breakfast included bisquits... More

We were very pleased with our stay. It is recently converted to a Red Roof, but they have the level of service we have come to count on from this chain. The bathroom was a little quirky, but clean and had a nice hot shower. They have an outstanding hot breakfast, open till 10a. Lyn was welcoming and made us... More

Stayed here as an overnight stop between Phoenix and St. Louis. The hotel was clean and in a good location, but had a very poor internet connection. The front desk was no help and I ended up connection through the Hampton Inn that was next door. It's a good place to stop if you don't need the internet. Breakfast was... More

The place is dated, but clean. The staff was friendly. But, all factors were outweighed by the overwhelming smell upon entry in the room. So strong! (I admit I do not like chemical smells, so part my opinion, but this was over the top). Then through in the Internet was spotty to not working for most of my stay. I... More

Wow, I was amazed with this hotel based on its price point. We needed a place to stay on our drive across the country with our dog. After a long day of driving through Texas, this was a welcome stop. After a few wrong turns, we arrived around 9pm and were greeted by Lynn. She got us checked in and... More
