Stayed on 12/26/11 in Jacuzzi room. Room was clean; wear and tear was average but the hot water tank is insufficient to fill the jacuzzi tub. Had the same problem with shower the next morning. More

Have reservations for tonight...big snow storm causing major delays. Attempted to change reservation directly with hotel and was directed to expedia.
