- Ashland La Quinta

We had to go to southern Oregon for two funerals within two weeks of each other and the La Quinta was so accommodating. The staff was great, my family flew in and stayed here too. We all got together in the breakfast room in the evening so we could be together and play games, the staff didn't have a problem...

This isn't a hotel I would choose if I were staying in Ashland for a vacation, but it works as a convenient, affordable place to stay for a single night. Advantages: friendly front office staff, comfortable beds and you can bring your dog. Disadvantages: though there's a free breakfast, there is little to eat for those trying to minimize their...

The staff at La Quinta Inn certainly know how to treat their guests. They are hospitable and helpful in all ways, and it's easy to understand once you meet the hotel's manager. This La Quinta is also clean, inexpensively priced, and conveniently located if you're travelling. The indoor pool is excellent, especially in winter. We travel with our dogs and...

Staying "downtown" near the Shakespeare Festival is pretty expensive, so this was a nice alternative. The bed was EXTREMELY, surprisingly comfortable, and I was surprised at the extent of the breakfast (waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit), in a nice little dining room. Once inside the motel, I didn't notice noise from the freeway, or even from the construction going...

Front desk staff was pleasant and beds were comfortable. However, bathroom was not clean (lint and dust hanging out of vent), wallpaper was stained in kitchen area and pealing around window. In-room coffee pot was not in working order and there was no coffee left in the room. Staff did offer to move us, but by then we were unpacked,...

I was a bit alarmed that the hotel sits on the freeway exit but I had a room on the backside (definitely ask for this) which was quiet with a nice view. The bed was comfortable, nice staff and good breakfast. My only complaint was that the hallways were very warm and stuffy. I usually stay in town to walk...

La Quinta, Ashland was a good place to stay. It was clean and spacious enough for 4 plus a dog. The breakfast was hot, the front desk was very helpful and even divided the bill between the two couples. It was also nice to have a full size refrigerator and small stove.
La Quinta doesn't charge a pet fee -...

We have been staying at La Quinta for years and have recommended it to friends. Make reservations and stay in the new section. Avoid basement which houses school groups and those with pets. Have pool. Excellent service, WiFi a bit iffy in top floor of new wing. Ask for WiFi Bridge at the desk. No charge for either. Breakfast excellent...

I did not know what to expect from this chain since I had never stayed in a La Quinta before. We had a room on the top floor and the ceilings were high making the room seem even larger. The air conditioner was great. The beds were very comfortable and firm.
We stayed out late seeing the plays so we...
