The first thing you notice when you arrive at the hotel is that there is a large portion of the complex that is not occupied. “We Keep Coming Back!”

We love this place. It is handy to get to once you leave the freeway, and handy for heading out for restaurants for dinner. There are "pets allowed" rooms and mostly "no pets" rooms. “See a play and stay here”

This motel is comfortable and off the beaten track a bit from downtown Ashland. It is quiet and clean. It is a very good value compared with hotels and B&B's that are closer to the Playhouses. We drove to the three performances that we saw this trip but several folks claimed that they walked from the motel.

We spent 4 nights here with our 10 year old. We stopped here on our way down to California. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. “Awesome pet friendly suites hotel!”

This is our go to place for traveling south with our dog. Spacious, immaculate, cozy, it never varies. The grounds are lovely even though not currently in operation and the views from there are amazing. We definitely plan our drive around staying here.
