We stayed in their Sequoia across the street from the Pelton House in the Auberge house, but still enjoyed the benefit of their wonderful breakfast. Great location, reasonably priced, spacious room, and delicious food. What more can you ask for!?!

In a town packed with B&Bs it's nice to finally find one with a modern flare. Each room is decorated with extreme care and excellent taste. We like this B&B because it's right in town, but quiet. One bonus is the tasteful, modern decor - none of the frilly/cheesy decor that is common to many B&Bs. The friendly staff never hesitates to accommodate our dietary restrictions. It's only 2 blocks from OSF. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable rooms, friendly family owners. Three blocks from theater and only one block from great organic food coop. Communal breakfasts led to some great conversations.

Pelton House/Ashland Aubege is well-located, 3 blocks from OSF, with good wi-fi and off-street parking and a modern bathroom. We stayed in the Earth room at the Pelton House. The room and bath were spacious and clean, the bed huge, firm and very comfortable. Our breakfast consisted of fresh scones, fresh mixed fruit and steaming bread pudding, all excellent and served with plenty of coffee and tea.
