Only one word comes to mind when trying to express my feelings for this hotel... Blah. From the moment i first called them, the staff was very unhelpful, which almost lost them business, but i decided to go for it anyway due to the low rate. My fiance and I travel all over the country for his company, and out of all the places we have stayed in a year, this one made us feel the most unwelcome. General Manager Kam was very nice and helpful person. nice & clean place to stay. Has new and well maintained swimming pool. more
Checked in for a 2 week stay due to work. Pool was closed and had been for awhile. Not a good start. Room was ok , but property was dirty. And when I asked the manager for a receipt, I got yelled at and told I already had one! No customer service at all. more
You can tell this hotel is very old and is dirty because of it. They did the best with what they could but I was not comfortable here. Spend a couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else. more
On our trip to Turner Falls and State parks nearby, we happened to stay at Super 8 Ardmore. The property seemed a little isolated, giving it a spooky desolated appearance from the outside - not one where you'd want to leave your GPS in the car, but hey, as for external appearances - so did the rest of that part... more
