The room was OK but I called at 9AM on morning to ask why my deposit was not refunded. The clerk said she wasn;t at her computer and that she would call me "right back". At 5PM I called again. Tom the RUDE clerk said he was writing me a letter. I asked what happened to the "call right back"....
