“not worth the money”

stayed 2 weeks in the hotel . the review said hotel was on the beach...it isnt. we never saw a rep, the room was poorlt cleaned only the beds were made .. some days they wasnt even made !!! the beach bar that belongs to hotel was great. to summarise .. gumbet lovely hotel notvso lovely . the staff in... “You get what you pay for”

We had a rather nice stay at this hotel. The location is good with a 1 minute walk to the sea and a 20 minute walk to the heart och Gumbet. The is a dolmus line passing by just outside the hotel if you do not want to walk. The cleaning of our room was terrible, all they did was... More

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are trying to do our best to improve the hotel. It was purchased last July and it is under major renovation ever since. The manager and reception staff performance will be evaluated at the end of this season. Hope to welcome you again next year with better service. More

Stayed here 2 weeks. People from the reception not always friendly and doesn't understand English. No elevator and lots of stairs to get to your room. Room was ok but not good cleaned. Dirty filthy disgusting hotel do not stay here save your money and go elsewhere the all inclusive finishes at 10.30pm and they rarely have any wine only spirits you can pay extra for.
