The Lugal is part of the Ankara Sheraton. There is a seperated entrance, but still you can easily use Sheratons entry and even the check-in desk. The rooms are good, but getting a bit old now. Bathroom and Shower are better than average. The amenities for SPG Ambassadors are great, even my favorite drink was prepared and waiting for me...
