The hotel is in a very good location in Quezon City, on the corner of Timog and Tomas Morato. Plusses: Efficient and friendly service by front desk staff, security, housekeeping staff, and bellmen. Great water pressure with HOT water in shower and basin. Excellent wi-fi in rooms and it's free! Hotel location is well known to all taxi drivers and... More

The rooms are old and without proper sound-proofing. The noise at the street below can be heard sadly. Just like many hotels in Manila, a four star hotel like this ungenerously cannot even provide guests with complimentary bottled water.

hotel was old, it looked great in the photos, but it was nothing like that. The cleanliness was average, the staff were ok. The television was a dinosaur, could not even take jacks to run a video, and the reception was really bad.

We stayed here before our wedding with our bridal party. The service desk gave us breakfast vouchers for each day the day we arrived then took them back the following morning-reasons we will never know. Then our room was ransacked by the cleaners - with valuables and cash being stolen and when we made a complaint - it was made... More

This hotel is really poorly maintained, though staffs are friendly, lots of restaurant around, the best thing of the hotel is the starbucks coffee next to the lobby. Windows are thin, just like sleep on the street, very noisy. One word: OLD

Was here for 4 days for work and found the location to be ideal as it was near to my workplace. The check-in area is very small and it took them a while to find my booking. The hotel room is spacious but very poorly maintained. The place needs a new paint and new fittings. The walls and doors are... More

I was maid of honour for my best friend this past Monday until Tuesday, February 20 to 21, 2012. She chose the place for convenience because she was marrying at a church near the area, and because her ailing father (who wanted to be present at the wedding) would find it difficult to travel from a higher-star hotel situated farther... I have stayed several times in Imperial Palace Suites for our workshops in our organization and I have observed that they have clean, spacious rooms and efficient housekeeping staff. The food however is always a repetition of the previous day's viands. I like their penthouse and the free use of the gym. The pool is small and there is no... More

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Dirty, old and worst of all, noisy in the evening. This hotel needs a refurbishing. Cockroaches crawl around, the linens are dirty looking. My family couldn't sleep properly because of a hard bed and extremely noisy from nearby bars. When I complained about the noise, they said that it was not their... More
