Probably the best thing about the hotel is that the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little difficult for taxis to find, I had the most success saying behind the Heart Center as many didn't seem to recognize the street name.
Rooms were not dirty but nothing fancy. Had a leak from the toilet but at least...

I stayed here to be close to a family member having a medical procedure performed at NKTI. You can do the 10-15 minute walk, but I preferred the 50 Peso cab ride to NKTI, especially on warm days. McDonald's, KFC, and Shakey's are close by if you prefer American cuisine.
